I am an Appalachian through and through. Most of my time is spent outside, trail running, foraging and connecting with nature. If I don’t answer the phone, it’s a 95% chance that I’m in the woods or on a trail run. My time spent outside has allowed me to perfect the art of location scouting and find creative inspiration in the environment around us.
